About The Position

Centerstone is a nonprofit behavioral health system providing services to people of all ages in a variety of settings. The Licensed Therapist provides clinical services consistent with established best-practice guidelines, including evaluations and individual, group, family, or couples psychotherapy for adults, adolescents, and children in their service area. The role includes completing assessments and clinical documentation, coordinating with approved referral sources and involved parties, and working with the clinical team to support quality clinical practices.

Requirements

Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
Licensed as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCAC.
Obtain and maintain CANS/ANSA certification.
Effectively communicate in writing, verbally, in person, and virtually.
Provide excellent customer service to individuals seeking services.
Knowledge and use of evidence-based interventions.

Nice To Haves

Three to five years of experience in a behavioral health environment.
Experience with evidence-based and best-practice interventions.

Responsibilities

Provide evaluations and individual, group, family, or couples psychotherapy for adults, adolescents, and children in the service area.
Maintain necessary communications and reporting with referral sources and other involved parties, as approved by the client.
Maintain effective working relationships with the clinical team and community referral sources.
Maintain timely and accurate clinical records in accordance with organization policies.
Participate in developing and implementing quality clinical practices.
Complete ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments on time.
Complete clinical documentation within 24 hours of the service provided.
Complete treatment plans and other clinical service authorizations in a timely manner.
