About The Position
Michael's House is seeking a full-time Licensed Therapist to oversee all aspects of client care and therapy. The role serves clients with co-occurring disorders and chemical dependence, and calls for someone who can build clients’ confidence in the staff and the Michael's House Model of Treatment. The therapist is also expected to serve as a Brand Ambassador for Michael's House. The position is located at Michael's House, a UHS facility in Palm Springs, California.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
- Required LMFT licensure.
- 3–5 years of experience in the mental health or substance abuse field.
Responsibilities
- Provide and oversee all aspects of client care and therapy.
- Inspire clients' confidence in the staff and the Michael's House Model of Treatment.
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador for Michael's House.
