About The Position
Heights Wellness Retreat in Webster, Texas, is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to provide therapeutic massage and targeted bodywork in a full wellness destination offering advanced skincare and wellness technologies. The retreat describes its environment as supportive and growth-focused, with an emphasis on therapist well-being, professional development, and meaningful guest experiences. Compensation includes $22–$25 per session hour, with standardized increases up to $40 per hour. Therapists may earn additional income through enhancements and retail commissions, performance and retention bonuses, and gratuities paid out the same day. The position offers access to insurance plans, annually accrued paid time off, CEU reimbursement, and free access to select wellness services. Schedules may be tailored for part-time or full-time work. Each location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee of Elevated Brands Franchising.
