About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring licensed psychologists in Minnesota to provide outpatient mental healthcare. The role is part of a clinical team focused on patient care and clinical excellence, serving children, adolescents, or adults. Work is 100% outpatient, with a hybrid model and flexible scheduling; psychologists can set their own schedules. The position includes administrative support for scheduling and billing, modern offices, and digital technology. Compensation is productivity-based with uncapped earnings. Full-time and part-time schedules of 20 or more hours per week are available.
Requirements
- Fully licensed in Minnesota.
- PhD or PsyD.
- Experience with children, adolescents, or adults.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient psychological care to patients.
- Deliver care to children, adolescents, or adults, based on experience.
- Participate as a member of the clinical team focused on patient care and clinical excellence.
