About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring a psychologist to join its clinical team and provide outpatient mental healthcare. The role is part of a national behavioral health practice focused on evidence-based, medically driven treatment for children, adolescents, and adults. Care is provided in person at clinics and through telehealth in a hybrid model. Psychologists can set their own flexible schedule, with full-time and part-time options available; the role is described as having no nights, hospital calls, or weekends. Compensation is productivity-based, with stated annual compensation of $85,000–$112,000 and a sign-on bonus for full-time hires. The position includes administrative support for scheduling and billing, digital technology, and a collegial work environment.
Requirements
- Must be fully licensed in Wisconsin.
- PhD or PsyD.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, or adults.
