About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and qualified Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide high-quality, individualized care. The role supports individuals in improving communication, language, speech, and swallowing abilities. The successful candidate will collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to help clients reach their communication goals and maximize their potential. Positions are available in Barrington; Elgin/Fox Valley; and the Cicero, Forest Park, Oak Park, Austin, and Garfield areas. The posting lists full-time, part-time, and PRN employment options and a rate of 80.00.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid Illinois state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Passion for serving individuals and making a positive impact in their lives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy services.
• Address articulation, receptive and expressive language, fluency, voice, and social communication disorders.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Participate in meetings, consultations, and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with state licensing requirements and professional standards.
