About The Position
Deerbrook is seeking an experienced and dedicated Licensed Social Worker! This is a PRN position. The Social Worker will provide medically related social work services so that each resident may attain or maintain the highest practicable level of physical, mental and psychosocial well-being.
Requirements
- 4 year Degree
- Social Worker License
- Licensed Social Worker in the State of Texas
Nice To Haves
- 2 Years Social Work experience in a Long Term Care or Hospital
