About The Position

Third Space Therapy combines the independence of private practice with the support of a group setting, focused on expanding Medicaid-covered behavioral healthcare. We're looking for passionate Associate Therapists to provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population. We handle the administrative side — billing, insurance, credentialing — so you can focus on care.

Requirements

• A valid LSW/SWC license in good standing in the state of Colorado
• A Master’s degree in Social Work
• A minimum of 6 months of hands-on therapy or assessment experience
• Your own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate)
• Comfort with EHR systems and other digital tools
• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office, plus your own computer and reliable internet, for confidential virtual sessions
• Fluency in English

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in Spanish
• Additional languages are a plus
• A solid grasp of mental health diagnoses
• Knowledge of crafting effective, personalized treatment plans
• A collaborative spirit to work alongside clients in achieving their goals
• Skill in conducting thorough assessments to inform care strategies
