About The Position

Senior Care Options by Parker is seeking a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) for in-home geriatric counseling in Ocean County, specifically Manahawkin, including but not limited to Whiting, Manchester, Long Beach Island & Lacey. This part-time role involves managing a minimum caseload of 8 clients, with free clinical supervision provided for those meeting the minimum caseload. The hourly rate is $41.00. Requirements

• Master's degree and valid LSW in the state of NJ required.
• NJ driver's license in good standing required.
• Flu vaccine required during flu season.

Nice To Haves

• Two (2) years of counseling experience preferred.
• EHR knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home geriatric counseling.
• Manage a minimum client caseload of 8.
• Offer customized Geriatric Care Management services and Behavioral Health services.
