About The Position

Lemieux & Associates is seeking a part-time, on-call Licensed SIU Field Investigator in the Lubbock, Texas area. The investigator conducts field investigations to uncover facts behind complex claims and documents findings in detailed reports. Duties include obtaining written and recorded statements, conducting scene investigations, and capturing photographic evidence such as accident scenes and vehicle damage. Assignments require keen observation, professionalism, strong investigative instincts, and a willingness to travel.

Requirements

• SIU or claims investigation experience as a private investigator or fraud investigator, and residence in the Lubbock area.
• Licensed by the State of Texas as a private investigator.
• Submit a resume and questionnaire.
• Experience handling complex SIU or claims cases.
• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with varied or irregular hours.
• Strong computer and internet skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Own a digital camera and a Windows-based computer with internet access.
• Ability to meet deadlines while producing high-quality work.

Nice To Haves

• A notary license is strongly preferred.
• Bilingual ability is preferred.
• A degree in criminal justice or a related field is preferred.
