About The Position
The Rodriguez Insurance Group is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Licensed Sales Producer to join its growing team in Spring, Texas. This role is ideal for sales professionals who enjoy building relationships, helping customers find the right insurance solutions, and earning uncapped commissions. As a Licensed Sales Producer, you'll help individuals and families protect their assets by offering insurance solutions including auto, home, renters, life, and other personal insurance products. You'll build customer relationships, generate new business, conduct policy reviews, and deliver ongoing service and support.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales-related experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic to intermediate computer skills
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions
- Goal-oriented and performance-driven mindset
- Ability to work onsite in Spring, TX
- Property & Casualty License OR willingness to obtain immediately after hire
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Reliable attendance and professionalism
