About The Position

Informed Choice Insurance Agency (an affiliate of Amerilife) is looking for a Licensed Health & Life insurance professional to join our Madison WI team. This is a full-time, W-2 sales opportunity offering a guaranteed base salary, uncapped sales incentives, renewal opportunities, and company-provided leads. You'll help clients understand their Medicare and health insurance options and make informed decisions based on their individual needs, while having the support, tools, and carrier access to build long-term client relationships and grow your book of business.

Requirements

Active Health & Life Insurance license required
Sales, insurance, or client relationship experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to educate clients and explain insurance options in an easy-to-understand way
Motivated by both client service and sales results
High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

Medicare or senior-market experience preferred, but not required
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is a plus
Spanish-speaking ability is a plus

Responsibilities

Educate clients on available insurance options and help them select coverage that fits their individual needs.
Focus primarily on Medicare and individual health insurance, with opportunities to support clients across additional health, life, and ancillary insurance products.
Utilize access to multiple carriers and company-provided leads to focus on consultative selling, relationship building, and growing your client base.
