Licensed Residential Service Electrician
About The Position
Michael & Son Services is hiring experienced Licensed Residential Service Electricians for year-round residential service work. Electricians diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systems; install electrical components; and provide professional, courteous, solution-focused service to homeowners. The role includes presenting honest repair and replacement options and completing paperless work orders on a company-provided tablet. Employees dispatch from home and receive a fully stocked take-home company truck and gas card. The company offers ongoing training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities. A sign-on bonus is available for qualified Journeyman and Master Electricians.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of residential electrical service experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
Nice To Haves
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license is a plus.
Responsibilities
