About The Position

Zeeva Behavioral Health is a woman-owned and operated, LCSW-led psychotherapy practice committed to delivering premium, high-quality therapy while remaining deeply committed to accessibility. They are looking for a Licensed Therapist who is ready to plant roots and do meaningful clinical work in a supportive environment. The practice emphasizes a culture of intentionality, where clinicians feel seen, valued, and appreciated. Requirements

  • Active California licensure (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC)
  • Full-time availability: 25 completed sessions per week, 30 calendar openings
  • Minimum of 1 day per week in our Sherman Oaks office suite
  • Deep grounding in trauma-informed, whole-person clinical practice
  • DSM-5 proficiency and experience with medical necessity documentation
  • Strong documentation standards and working knowledge of HIPAA and California ethical and legal requirements
  • Training and/or certification in evidence-based practices
  • Ready for feedback, reflection, and a genuinely collaborative team culture

Responsibilities

  • A full individual therapy caseload (25 completed sessions per week, 30 calendar openings)
  • Trauma-informed, whole-person clinical care across a diverse client population including Medi-Cal and Medicare
  • High-quality clinical documentation completed same day, streamlined, fast, and clinician-friendly
  • Active participation in weekly group supervision
  • Collaboration with clinicians on complex cases, risk management, and ongoing clinical development
  • Engagement in team learning, in-person events, and the collective culture of Zeeva
