Licensed Psychotherapist (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) Full-Time | Hybrid Remote
About The Position
Zeeva Behavioral Health is a woman-owned and operated, LCSW-led psychotherapy practice committed to delivering premium, high-quality therapy while remaining deeply committed to accessibility. They are looking for a Licensed Therapist who is ready to plant roots and do meaningful clinical work in a supportive environment. Requirements
- Active California licensure (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC)
- Full-time availability: 25 completed sessions per week, 30 calendar openings
- Minimum of 1 day per week in our Sherman Oaks office suite
- Deep grounding in trauma-informed, whole-person clinical practice
- DSM-5 proficiency and experience with medical necessity documentation
- Strong documentation standards and working knowledge of HIPAA and California ethical and legal requirements
- Training and/or certification in evidence-based practices
- Ready for feedback, reflection, and a genuinely collaborative team culture
Responsibilities
- A full individual therapy caseload (25 completed sessions per week, 30 calendar openings)
- Trauma-informed, whole-person clinical care across a diverse client population including Medi-Cal and Medicare
- High-quality clinical documentation completed same day, streamlined, fast, and clinician-friendly
- Active participation in weekly group supervision
- Collaboration with clinicians on complex cases, risk management, and ongoing clinical development
- Engagement in team learning, in-person events, and the collective culture of Zeeva
