They are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join them in creating their next chapter.
Requirements
- Active California licensure (LCSW, MFT, LPCC, or Psychologist).
- Minimum 2 years post-licensure clinical experience.
- Deep grounding in trauma-informed, whole-person clinical practice.
- Experience in behavioral health or psychotherapy settings.
- Training and/or certification in evidence-based practices.
- Strong documentation standards, DSM-5 expertise, and working knowledge of medical necessity, HIPAA, and California ethical and legal requirements.
- Ability to review and co-sign clinical documentation per BBS, insurance, and organizational requirements.
Nice To Haves
- Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a small caseload of 15 sessions per week at base level.
- Provide leadership and oversight to 6 associate therapists.
- Conduct clinical quality oversight across case conceptualization, treatment planning, clinical documentation, risk mitigation, and evidence-based interventions.
- Co-sign documentation for associate therapists.
- Provide crisis availability for supervisees.
- Coach, mentor, set goals, and conduct performance evaluations and improvement plans for supervisees.
- Track licensure hours and ensure scope of practice compliance for associate therapists per BBS standards.
- Model Zeeva's values and clinical standards in daily practice.
- Actively participate in clinical supervisor team collaboration, collective learning, in-person team events, and organizational growth planning.
- Optional: Supervise up to 4 licensed therapists (10 clinicians total maximum) and grow caseload up to 20 sessions per week.
