The organization is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join them in creating their next chapter.

Requirements

Active California licensure (LCSW, MFT, LPCC, or Psychologist).
Minimum 2 years post-licensure clinical experience.
Deep grounding in trauma-informed, whole-person clinical practice.
Experience in behavioral health or psychotherapy settings.
Training and/or certification in evidence-based practices.
Strong documentation standards, DSM-5 expertise, and working knowledge of medical necessity, HIPAA, and California ethical and legal requirements.
Ability to review and co-sign clinical documentation per BBS, insurance, and organizational requirements.
Readiness to lead with clinical rigor, honest open feedback, and genuine human connection.

Nice To Haves

Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
Opportunity to supervise up to 4 licensed therapists (10 clinicians total maximum) and grow caseload up to 20 sessions per week for increased compensation.
Path to Lead Clinical Supervisor for those interested in organizational leadership, program development, and high-level team strategy.

Responsibilities

Maintain a small clinical caseload (15 sessions per week at base level).
Provide leadership and oversight to 6 associate therapists.
Ensure clinical quality oversight across case conceptualization, treatment planning, clinical documentation, risk mitigation, and evidence-based interventions.
Co-sign documentation for associate therapists.
Provide crisis availability for supervisees.
Coach, mentor, set goals, conduct performance evaluations, and develop improvement plans for supervisees.
Track licensure hours and ensure scope of practice compliance for associate therapists per BBS standards.
Model Zeeva's values and clinical standards in daily practice.
Actively participate in clinical supervisor team collaboration, collective learning, in-person team events, and organizational growth planning.
