About The Position

Thoughtful, relationship-centered outpatient therapy for clinicians who value meaningful clinical work, clear systems, and expanded access to care. At Elevate Counseling + Wellness, we’ve built a group practice where clinicians can focus on meaningful clinical work within a calm, well-structured environment. We believe strong therapy happens when clinicians feel supported, expectations are clear, and collaboration is part of everyday practice. We are currently seeing a growing need for clients seeking in-office therapy outside of traditional weekday hours, especially on Fridays, evenings, and weekends. This role is designed for a clinician who values thoughtful therapy and is interested in helping expand access for clients whose schedules require more flexibility. Our culture prioritizes professionalism, relationship-centered care, and sustainable clinical work. We aim to create a place where therapists can grow their skills, maintain high standards of care, and build long-term careers without operating in constant urgency. Elevate is a place for clinicians who value steady, meaningful work, thoughtful colleagues, and systems that allow them to focus on their clients.
