Licensed Psychologist - Fee For Service
About The Position
Thriveworks is hiring an independently licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) living in Mississippi to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care in Hattiesburg through a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. The role serves a variety of clients, including couples and children, and requires availability for at least 25 sessions and 30 hours each week. Clinicians are expected to help clients make measurable progress and contribute positively to a clinical community. Thriveworks provides administrative support for credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing so clinicians can focus on care. The company offers paid orientation and training, and states that clinicians will build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing. Scheduling is flexible across seven days a week, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. This is a W-2 employee position. Compensation is up to $122,400, based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
Requirements
- Be independently licensed as a Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) and live in Mississippi.
- Be consistently available for a minimum of 25 sessions and 30 hours weekly.
- Be open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
- Be invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress.
- Be confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
