About The Position
Thriveworks is hiring a licensed psychologist to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to clients in Jacksonville, Florida, through a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. The role is suited to an independently licensed Florida psychologist (PsyD or PhD) who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children, and is invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress. Clinicians are expected to be available for at least 25 sessions and 30 hours weekly and to work confidently with telehealth and electronic health record tools. Thriveworks provides administrative support for credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing, as well as paid orientation and training. The company states that clinicians will build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing. Scheduling is flexible across seven days, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Eastern Time. The role offers clinical support, monthly case consultations, and access to an online and in-person community of more than 2,700 licensed providers.
Requirements
- Independently licensed psychologist in Florida (PsyD or PhD).
- Available for a minimum of 25 sessions and 30 hours weekly.
- Open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
- Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress.
- Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
- Positive contributor and teammate.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
