About The Position
Thriveworks is hiring an independently licensed psychologist (PsyD or PhD) living in Alabama to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to clients in Huntsville. The role includes a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. Clinicians are expected to be consistently available for at least 25 sessions and 30 hours of availability each week, and to be open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children. The position suits clinicians who are committed to measurable client progress, comfortable with clinical technology, and interested in contributing to a collaborative clinical community. Thriveworks provides administrative support for credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing, along with paid orientation and training. The company states that clinicians can build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing. Flexible scheduling is available seven days a week between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. ET. Compensation is up to $122,400, based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. Full-time clinicians are eligible for employer-sponsored benefits.
Requirements
- Be an independently licensed psychologist (PsyD or PhD).
- Live in Alabama.
- Be consistently available for a minimum of 25 sessions and 30 hours of availability per week.
- Be open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
- Be invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress.
- Be confident working with telehealth and EHR tools.
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
