As a Psychologist specializing in assessment, you will conduct comprehensive evaluations for children and adolescents presenting with: ADHD Autism spectrum disorder Learning disorders and academic concerns Emotional and behavioral challenges as part of differential diagnosis Your work will include: Diagnostic interviews and standardized testing Interpretation and integration of cognitive, academic, and behavioral data Writing clear, actionable reports for families, schools, and providers Providing feedback sessions that empower families with next steps and recommendations You’ll play a critical role in helping families understand their child’s strengths and needs—guiding access to appropriate supports and interventions. What You Can Expect An embedded mentorship program for clinicians newer to assessment work True interdisciplinary collaboration with OTs, PTs, SLPs, and therapy providers A supportive, positive culture grounded in purpose and teamwork Ongoing training in evidence-based assessment tools and best practices

Requirements

  • Master’s-level Licensed Psychologist or Licensed Psychological Associate
  • Licensed (or license-eligible) in North Carolina
  • Experience with psychological and/or psychoeducational assessments preferred
  • Strong pediatric candidates eager to grow in assessment are encouraged to apply

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual skills are a plus
