About The Position

This is a great opportunity for upward mobility! The person filling this position will oversee all operations of a large 950+ HOA. This includes property maintenance, ARC Committee, Compliance Committee, and monitoring landscape and irrigation. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Overseeing the management of the community, ensuring vendor compliance with the Landscape contract, overseeing compliance, and overseeing the ARC. Respond professionally to inquiries from the board, residents, and others. The primary role of a property manager is to serve the board in helping them achieve their goals for the community. The manager is responsible for managing the staff and overseeing all operations including maintenance, finances, administration, and compliance with documents and laws.

Requirements

  • Licensed Property Manager
  • Certified and licensed by the State of Florida
  • Live within 45 minutes of the Wellington area

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management of the community
