About The Position
Excellent opportunity for a licensed Property Manager (CAM) to take full responsibility for the management of an HOA community with over 810 homes. This role is supported by a full-time administrator. The primary function is to assist the board in achieving their community goals by managing staff and overseeing all operations, including maintenance, finances, administration, and compliance with governing documents and laws.
Requirements
- Licensed Property Manager (CAM).
- Certified and licensed by the State of Florida.
- Must live no more than 30 minutes from the Palm Beach Gardens area.
Responsibilities
- Full management of an HOA community with over 810 homes.
- Serve the board in helping them achieve their goals for the community.
- Manage staff and oversee all operations including maintenance, finances, administration and compliance with documents and laws.
