About The Position

This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed Property Manager (CAM) to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and administration of a homeowner’s association (HOA) community. The role involves working closely with the HOA Board of Directors, homeowners, and vendors to ensure the community is well maintained, financially stable, and compliant with governing documents and applicable laws. Community Association Managers must be certified and licensed by the State of Florida.

Requirements

• Certified and licensed by the State of Florida as a Community Association Manager (CAM).
• Must live no more than 30 minutes from the Jupiter area.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and administration of a homeowner’s association (HOA) community.
• Working closely with the HOA Board of Directors, homeowners, and vendors.
• Ensuring the community is well maintained, financially stable, and compliant with governing documents and applicable laws.
