About The Position
This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed Property Manager (CAM) responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and administration of a homeowner’s association (HOA) community. The role involves close collaboration with the HOA Board of Directors, homeowners, and vendors to ensure the community is well-maintained, financially stable, and compliant with governing documents and applicable laws. Certification and licensure by the State of Florida are required.

- Certified and licensed by the State of Florida
- Must live within 30 minutes of the Jupiter area
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and administration of a homeowner’s association (HOA) community.
- Working closely with the HOA Board of Directors, homeowners, and vendors.
- Ensuring the community is well-maintained, financially stable, and compliant with governing documents and applicable laws.
