About The Position
We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor for a full-time remote position serving clients in Wyoming. This role focuses on providing consistent, high-quality therapy to individuals who need support with mental health challenges, coping skills, emotional regulation, and personal growth. You will manage your caseload through telehealth while helping clients build practical tools they can use in everyday life.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Professional Counselor license in Wyoming
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Experience providing therapy or counseling services
- Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients in Wyoming
- Assess client needs and create clear, goal-based treatment plans
- Provide counseling for common mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief, stress, and adjustment issues
- Track client progress and update treatment goals when appropriate
- Complete clinical notes and required documentation in a timely manner
- Maintain confidentiality and follow all professional standards
