About The Position
We are looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor to join our remote clinical team and provide structured, client-centered mental health services. The LPC will support clients through assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing therapy while maintaining accurate documentation and professional standards of care.
Requirements
- Active Colorado LPC license
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Prior experience in a clinical or counseling setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms
- Ability to maintain a full-time weekday schedule
Responsibilities
- Deliver virtual counseling sessions to assigned clients
- Evaluate client needs and identify treatment priorities
- Develop and update individualized care plans
- Apply evidence-based counseling techniques
- Document session notes and treatment progress
- Collaborate with internal clinical teams when needed
