About The Position
We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide remote therapy services in a full-time telehealth setting. This position focuses on helping clients address mental health concerns through regular counseling sessions, clinical assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing therapeutic support. The work is practical, client-centered, and rooted in helping people function better in their daily lives.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field
- Active Pennsylvania LPC license in good standing
- At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
- Experience providing therapy in a clinical or telehealth setting
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled therapy sessions through a secure telehealth system
- Assess client concerns, symptoms, and treatment needs
- Create and update individualized treatment plans
- Document session notes and other required clinical records
- Maintain a consistent caseload and manage appointments professionally
- Provide counseling interventions that support progress and stability
