About The Position
We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide high-quality telehealth counseling services to clients across Colorado. This role involves conducting clinical assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapeutic support to help clients manage mental health concerns and improve daily functioning.
Requirements
- Active Colorado LPC license
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Prior experience in a clinical or counseling setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms
- Ability to maintain a full-time weekday schedule
Responsibilities
- Provide individual counseling through secure telehealth sessions
- Conduct clinical assessments and establish treatment goals
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Support clients managing anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
- Monitor client progress and adjust care plans accordingly
