About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring licensed therapists for its clinical team in Wisconsin. Therapists provide outpatient mental healthcare to children, adolescents, or adults. Services may be delivered in person at clinics or through telehealth, with hybrid work models available. The position offers flexible scheduling, full-time or part-time work, and a productivity-based compensation model with uncapped earning potential. Therapists receive administrative support for scheduling and billing and work in a collegial environment with modern offices and digital technology.
Requirements
- Hold full licensure in Wisconsin as an LCSW, LICSW, LPC, LPCC, or LMFT.
- Have experience working with children, adolescents, or adults.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient mental healthcare to children, adolescents, or adults.
- Deliver care in person and/or through telehealth, depending on the work model.
