About The Position

Revelations Counseling & Wellness is hiring a part-time licensed counselor to provide personalized outpatient mental health care as part of an integrated wellness approach. The counselor will support clients’ mental, physical, and emotional health through individualized care and maintain a minimum caseload of 15 sessions per week. The position is performed on location in the office and involves coordination with other wellness and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health field.
At least 3 years of counseling experience.
Independent Pennsylvania license as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
Act 33/34 clearances and FBI clearances.
Commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and families.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, including efficient and accurate case documentation.
Empathetic and nurturing approach, with the ability to encourage clients to persevere toward their goals.
Self-awareness and mental stability.
Ability to work on location in the office and manage a caseload of at least 15 sessions per week.
Passion for an integrated wellness approach to mental health and overall wellness.

Responsibilities

Provide customized outpatient therapy to individuals and groups, with a minimum caseload of 15 sessions per week.
Develop and implement crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
Participate in case consultations and discharge planning.
Complete session notes, documentation, and treatment plans in a timely manner.
Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, personal trainers, and fellow counselors to provide integrated mental health and wellness care.
