About The Position

Revelations Counseling & Wellness is seeking a part-time licensed counselor (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) to provide personalized outpatient care in an integrated counseling and wellness practice in Wexford, Pennsylvania. The role supports clients’ mental, physical, and emotional health through individualized care and requires a minimum caseload of 15 sessions per week. The counselor must work on location in the office. The practice also offers telehealth for its counseling, nutrition, and life coaching services.

Requirements

Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health field.
At least 3 years of counseling experience.
Independent Pennsylvania license as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
Act 33/34 clearances and FBI clearances.
Ability to work in the office and manage a caseload of at least 15 sessions per week.
Commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality.
Excellent communication, rapport-building, organizational, and time-management skills.
Ability to complete case notes and documentation efficiently and correctly.
Empathetic and nurturing approach, with the ability to encourage clients to persevere and achieve their goals.
Self-awareness and mental stability.
Passion for an integrated wellness approach to mental health and overall wellness.

Responsibilities

Provide customized outpatient therapy to individuals and groups, supporting clients’ healing and resilience.
Develop and implement crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
Participate in case consultations and discharge planning to identify ways to improve client care.
Complete session notes, documentation, and treatment plans promptly and accurately.
Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, personal trainers, and other counselors to provide integrated mental health and wellness care.
