About The Position
We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to support clients through remote mental health services. As an LPC, you will provide therapy for individuals managing anxiety, depression, life stress, relationship concerns, trauma-related symptoms, and other behavioral health needs. Your day-to-day work will focus on helping clients understand their challenges, set realistic goals, and take practical steps toward improved emotional well-being. This is a full-time remote role with a consistent weekday schedule and the ability to provide care from a private home office.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Professional Counselor license in Texas
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Experience providing therapy to adults, families, or individuals
- Strong understanding of clinical assessment and treatment planning
Responsibilities
- Conduct telehealth therapy sessions with assigned clients
- Complete intake assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations
- Build treatment plans that reflect client needs and goals
- Provide counseling using appropriate therapeutic methods
- Keep client records organized and up to date
- Track progress and make changes to care plans as needed
