About The Position
We are hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for a part-time telehealth position. This role focuses on providing virtual counseling services to clients dealing with emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns. The LPC will assess client needs, provide ongoing therapy, create treatment plans, and maintain clear clinical documentation. This is a direct care role with a strong focus on helping clients build practical coping strategies and make measurable progress over time.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field
- Active Georgia LPC license in good standing
- Experience providing therapy in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred
- Strong assessment, documentation, and treatment planning skills
- Comfortable using telehealth systems and electronic health records
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with clients
Responsibilities
- Provide individual counseling sessions through a secure telehealth platform
- Complete intake assessments and clinical evaluations
- Develop and update treatment plans based on client needs
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation
- Support clients with anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and related concerns
- Monitor treatment progress and adjust interventions as appropriate
