About The Position
We are hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide virtual mental health counseling for clients in Texas. This role gives you the opportunity to support people as they work through stress, emotional challenges, personal transitions, and ongoing mental health concerns. The LPC in this position will provide structured therapy, complete clinical documentation, and help clients build realistic tools they can use outside of sessions. This is a remote position designed for counselors who want consistent hours, professional stability, and a clear focus on client care.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Professional Counselor license in Texas
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Experience providing therapy to adults, families, or individuals
- Strong understanding of clinical assessment and treatment planning
Responsibilities
- Deliver counseling services through a secure telehealth platform
- Complete client intakes and clinical assessments
- Develop treatment plans based on client goals and presenting concerns
- Provide individual therapy using clinically appropriate methods
- Document sessions and treatment updates accurately
- Monitor changes in client needs and progress
