About The Position

We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide remote therapy services in a full-time telehealth setting. This position focuses on helping clients address mental health concerns through regular counseling sessions, clinical assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing therapeutic support. The work is practical, client-centered, and rooted in helping people function better in their daily lives. Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field
• Active Tennessee LPC license in good standing
• At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
• Experience providing therapy in a clinical or telehealth setting
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled therapy sessions through a secure telehealth system
• Assess client concerns, symptoms, and treatment needs
• Create and update individualized treatment plans
• Document session notes and other required clinical records
• Maintain a consistent caseload and manage appointments professionally
• Provide counseling interventions that support progress and stability
