About The Position
The Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor provides telehealth-based mental health and substance use disorder treatment. The role is based in California and is full-time, with a Monday-to-Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Compensation is $115,000–$120,000 annually, plus a full benefits package.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active LPCC license in California.
- At least 2 years of experience in professional counseling.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using telehealth platforms and digital recordkeeping.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop clinical reports.
- Create structured, goal-focused treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of patient progress.
- Adjust treatment approaches based on patient needs and care objectives.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and external professionals.
