About The Position
This full-time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor position is based in New Mexico and provides virtual counseling services. The role is designed for clinicians seeking a stable schedule and a clearly defined clinical scope. The counselor supports client progress through structured treatment plans and manages a consistent caseload without in-person office demands. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The stated salary range is $115,000–$120,000 per year.
Requirements
- Active LPCC license in New Mexico.
- Master’s degree in Counseling or a related discipline.
- Prior clinical counseling experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual counseling sessions via telehealth.
- Develop, review, and update treatment plans.
- Document sessions in accordance with clinical standards.
- Maintain ethical and legal compliance.
- Participate in quality assurance and clinical reviews.
