About The Position
This full-time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor position is based in New Mexico and provides virtual counseling services. The clinician supports client progress through structured treatment plans and manages a consistent caseload without in-person office demands. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and the stated salary is $115,000–$120,000 per year.
Requirements
- Active LPCC license in New Mexico
- Master’s degree in Counseling or a related discipline
- Prior clinical counseling experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide individual counseling sessions via telehealth
- Develop, review, and update treatment plans
- Document sessions in accordance with clinical standards
- Maintain ethical and legal compliance
- Participate in quality assurance and clinical reviews
