About The Position

We are currently looking for Licensed Practical Nurses that will provide & assist in direct patient care as directed by the clinical team. At Austin Oasis we ask that our LPNs provide medical and crisis management for our residents.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Current CPR certification

Responsibilities
- Provide & assist in direct patient care as directed by the clinical team.
- Provide medical and crisis management for our residents.
- Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
- Interact in a patient, tact, and cheerful disposition with enthusiasm.
- Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with current state and federal rules and regulations.
- Possess leadership and supervisory ability and the willingness to work well with professional and non-professionals.
