Requirements
- Current, valid Pennsylvania LPN license
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent education
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassion for older adults and individuals requiring skilled nursing care
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Providing compassionate nursing care to residents
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assessing resident needs and monitoring changes in condition
- Developing and updating individualized care plans with the healthcare team
- Communicating changes in resident condition to physicians, providers, and representatives
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Working closely with residents, families, nursing assistants, and other healthcare professionals
- Supervising and supporting nursing assistants and other care team members
- Helping create a safe, respectful, and positive environment for our residents
- Bringing compassion, dignity, and a little joy to the people we serve
