About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for private-duty home care. Nurses provide one-to-one care to a single local client for a full shift, which may be 8, 10, or 12 hours. Clients are nearby, helping keep commutes short. LPNs with experience in hospitals, long-term care, and schools have transferable skills for providing care in the home. BAYADA is a nonprofit home health care organization. Nurses receive 24/7 managerial support and access to a compliance hotline, weekly paychecks, preventive care coverage, and flexible scheduling. Scheduling has no minimums and may be full-time or part-time. The listed pay range is $38–$42 per hour, based on experience and skills. Benefits vary according to employment type.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited and approved nursing program, as documented by a school transcript or diploma.
- Hold a current nursing license in good standing in the state.
