Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN-Homecare
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for private-duty home care. Private-duty shifts are 8, 10, or 12 hours, with one client per shift. Nurses serve local clients, which may mean short commutes. LPNs with experience in hospitals, long-term care, and schools have transferable skills for providing one-to-one care in the home. BAYADA describes itself as a nonprofit organization with established leadership and long-tenured employees. Nurses receive one-to-one client care, weekly paychecks, flexible scheduling, 24/7 managerial support, and access to a compliance hotline. Scheduling has no minimums, and the position may be full-time or part-time. The hourly pay range is $38–$42, based on experience and skills. Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
