About The Position
Vitality is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support its communities in Sebeka and New York Mills, Minnesota. The LPN helps ensure residents’ health, safety, and well-being by providing quality care and supporting assisted living services. The role also involves building strong relationships with residents, families, and team members across both locations. Requirements
- Current LPN license in good standing.
- Genuine passion for working with seniors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and adaptable.
Nice To Haves
- Previous assisted living or long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
