Requirements
- Active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
- Experience in long -term care, skilled nursing, or assisted living preferred.
- Strong clinical, communication, and caregiving skills.
- Ability to follow care plans and collaborate with nursing staff.
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living and monitor resident health status.
- Administer medications and treatments under the supervision of an RN or physician.
- Document resident care accurately and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
