Requirements

• Active LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) in the state of North Carolina
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

Responsibilities

• Deliver focused, one-on-one care to clients.
• Provide 1:1 care to clients of all ages and acuity levels.
• Utilize electronic charting (Statewise) to focus on patient care.
