LPN - Perham Family Medicine Clinic - PRN
About The Position
Sanford Health is seeking a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for its Perham Family Medicine Clinic. The LPN participates in implementing and evaluating patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. The role involves educating and communicating with patients and families and providing compassionate, high-quality care in a supportive, team-oriented environment. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to noon. PRN staff help cover vacations, leaves, and sick call-ins. Onboarding and training programs support continued growth and development.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Hold an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with a state nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges.
- Obtain and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
- If the position requires IV therapy or management skills in North Dakota, graduate from a Board-approved AASPN program that includes IV therapy or complete an IV Therapy course approved by the North Dakota Board of Nursing.
