We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

Requirements

• LPN degree from an accredited school of nursing and current state license.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification (as per state requirements if it must be kept current).
• 1-2 years’ experience working with older adults in a health care setting.
• Enjoy being part of a team.
• Willingness to continue learning and improving skills.
• Commitment to confidentiality.

Nice To Haves

• Geriatric mental health experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents receive the highest level of dignity and care.
• Take the time to be a positive presence in the lives of residents and their family members.
• Design and implement care plans for each resident.
• Oversee the care staff and assist them in making educated care decisions.
• Support the care team on the floors.
• Maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors.
