Requirements

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Current LPN licensure in the state of Arkansas is required
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test
• Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry
• Must meet the requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having a valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Works as a key member of the AJATC medical team, and provides for the general health care of students within the scope of your license.
• Administering immunizations, assisting with TB screen, flu vaccines, and the overall health maintenance of students and staff.
• Assist with training employees regarding relevant health care topics such as prevention of sports injuries, blood borne pathogens, CPR, First Aid, and behavioral disorders.
• Assists in ordering supplies, pharmaceuticals, and other medical equipment for the Medical team.
