We offer medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, generous PTO, and opportunities for internal growth. We are seeking a Pre-Op/Post-Op LPN to join our Ambulatory Surgery Center team. Working alongside RNs, anesthesiologists, and physicians, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced PACU and OR environment. This role supports patients undergoing cataract, glaucoma, corneal, and vision correction procedures.

Requirements

• Active LPN license (State required)
• BLS certification required
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year experience in a hospital or ambulatory surgery center preferred
• IV therapy experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for surgery and manage post-operative recovery and discharge
• Monitor patients during sedation in collaboration with anesthesia providers
• Provide direct patient care in Pre-Op and PACU settings
• Collect and assess patient health data
• Assist physicians during treatments and procedures
• Ensure physician orders are completed accurately and timely
• Maintain compliance with clinical policies and safety standards
• Collaborate with RNs and ancillary staff to support patient outcomes
